GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE - ACRITECH

1. LEGAL IDENTIFICATIONThe services and products are provided byAida D. Acri(under the trade nameAcritech), with NIFESZ2346984T. The official contact for any management is the email registered on this portal.

2. PAYMENT TERMSOur invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless a different period is indicated. In the event of non-payment by the due date,Acritechreserves the right to apply a late payment interest of 10% on the amount owed and to suspend any ongoing service provision.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN 14 DAYS)In accordance with Spanish regulations, the customer has a period of14 calendar daysfrom the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a full refund, provided that the product is returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

4. WARRANTY FOR REFURBISHED PRODUCTS

  • 4.1 Nature:The products sold are refurbished equipment (refurbished), inspected and technically tested. They may show aesthetic signs of use that do not affect their performance.

  • 4.2 Legal and Commercial Coverage:All products come with a1-year warrantyfrom the date of delivery. In case of non-conformity, the customer has the right to repair or replacement with a product of similar characteristics. If replacement is not possible, a price reduction or refund will be made.

  • 4.3 Priority Management: Acritechwill directly manage any technical incidents during the warranty period as long as the fault does not arise from improper use.

5. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTYThe warranty will not cover:

  • Damage from impacts, falls, moisture or incorrect handling.

  • Normal wear and tear of components (especially batteries in used equipment) or defective software installations by the user.

  • Technical interventions carried out by third parties not authorised byAcritech.

6. CLAIM PROCEDURETo make use of the warranty or to file a claim, the customer must contact in writing within a maximum of 8 calendar days after detecting the incident, providing proof of purchase and a description of the problem.

7. APPLICABLE LAWAll contractual relationships are governed bySpanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and tribunals in Spain.
