FAQ – Buyback, Logistics and IT Services

After sending us the list (model, serial, condition and location), a specialist will issue an economic valuation within 24 to 48 hours.

We operate with an initial advance payment upon acceptance and the remainder after the physical audit of the equipment.

Acritech manages transport. The client is responsible for palletizing, unless specifically agreed. Correct packaging is vital to avoid adjustments in the final valuation due to transit damage.

We guarantee secure data erasure by professionals. Optionally, we issue erasure or destruction certificates in compliance with regulations.

The technical audit takes an average of 72 hours from receipt. We issue declarations in accordance with EU Art. 45 to ensure legal compliance.

We do not buy scrap; only equipment with reuse potential. On the other hand, we sell reconditioned and tested equipment with full functional warranty.

We offer network installation, servers and TPM maintenance for out-of-warranty hardware. We have 8x5 and 24x7 SLAs with national coverage.
